Novo Aesthetics and Skin was founded by Lauren Swarr, DNP, FNP-C in 2022✨ Lauren is a Raleigh native, but a piece of her heart will always be in Pirate Nation after graduating from East Carolina University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2011 and with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2017. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. 💜💛 She has a vast healthcare background starting with inpatient nursing on a medical-surgical unit, as well as inpatient women’s health and pediatric services. She then transitioned to pain management where she has spent the bulk of her nursing career. Lauren has a passion for providing care that builds a strong, trusting relationship, while developing individualized treatment plans that promote both confidence and restoration. She has always had an interest in aesthetics and found that after taking some time off on maternity leave with her second child was the perfect time to take the leap! Lauren has fully invested herself in studying the art and practice of aesthetics. She has completed many hours of shadowing a master injector, as well as undergoing one on one instruction with elite aesthetic trainers. She is devoted to doing what she loves while creating a space that is welcoming to patients. Lauren’s mission is to help refine your confidence while enhancing your natural beauty. ✨Business Hours
